Nancy Ford

Nancy Ford, PsyD, is an experienced professional specializing in training, performance coaching, and talent development. Currently serving as the Training, Performance Coaching and Talent Development Leader at FPC National since June 2023, Nancy focuses on enhancing the potential of business owners, consultants, and executives through proprietary concepts. Previously, as Director of Recruitment and Business Development at FPC of New York City, Nancy played a key role in placing skilled professionals in the Life Sciences sector. Additional experience includes serving as a Volunteer Faculty Member and Psychotherapy Supervisor at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, and working as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at CHE Behavioral Health Services and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where Nancy addressed trauma and addiction issues for veterans. Nancy holds a Clinical Psychology Doctorate from Long Island University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
