Joko Sutanto

Joko Sutanto is an experienced insurance professional with extensive expertise in claims management and underwriting. Currently serving as General Manager at FPG Insurance since August 2021, Joko previously held significant positions at Chubb, including Head of A&H Portfolio Underwriting and Head of Auto Claims, where responsibilities encompassed driving profitable business strategies and managing auto claims operations across Indonesia. Additional experience includes a role as Claims Senior Manager at PT. ACE Jaya Proteksi and various positions at PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk, where Joko's career began. Joko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi and a Bachelor's degree in Insurance from Akademi Asuransi Trisakti.
