Laura Vargas

Laura Vargas is an experienced Area Supervisor at FPI Management, responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of assets and leading on-site teams to ensure operational excellence. Previously, Laura held the role of Senior Community Director at Prime Residential, managing daily operations for 946 units and implementing effective marketing strategies. Laura's career includes significant positions such as Community Manager and Assistant Manager at Greystar and R&V Management, respectively, as well as roles in customer service and program leadership at Target, Pier 1, and the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties. Laura holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Grossmont College, completed between 2016 and 2022.
