Shawn Town

Shawn Town is an experienced maintenance professional currently serving as the Regional Maintenance Director at FPI Management since October 2022. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Facilities Manager at Security Properties Residential from October 2018 to October 2022, focusing on stabilized facilities management. From January 2014 to October 2018, Shawn held the position of Senior Maintenance Manager at Greystar, also working as a Facilities Manager with a focus on lease-up and stabilized facilities management. Earlier career experience includes working as a Maintenance Mechanic at Wyo-Ben, Inc. from September 2011 to November 2013, where responsibilities included fabricating, welding, heavy machine operating, and general maintenance. Shawn is an alumnus of Hazen Senior High School.
