Matt McAulay

Matt McAulay is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate and executive search industries. Currently serving as Director at Crown Advisors since January 2020, Matt focuses on meeting client needs in the real estate and construction sectors. Additionally, Matt contributes as a Board Member for Uwharrie Bank. Prior experience includes roles as Search Consultant at Steelhead Search LLC and The McAulay Smith Firm, both recognized leaders in executive search, along with a foundational role as Financial Analyst at CBRE, where Matt was instrumental in significant multi-housing investment sales. Matt began their career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Bissell Patrick, LLC. Educational credentials include a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
