Paulo Mariotto

Paulo Mariotto is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including food processing, refrigeration, and industrial automation. As General Manager at FPS Food Process Solutions Corporation since May 2017, Paulo has overseen startup operations and business development initiatives. Prior to this, as President and CSO at GEA Refrigeration Technologies Brazil, Paulo successfully restructured the company and established its market presence in industrial refrigeration. Additional roles include General Manager at Coel, where Paulo transformed the company from a family-owned to a multinational entity, and Regional Manager at Danfoss, focusing on the food retail market in Brazil. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing Strategy from ESPM and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI.
