Nga Truong

Nga Truong has a solid background in operations and project management within the software outsourcing industry, currently serving as Operation Team Manager at FPT Software since April 2015. In this role, Nga built and leads a team of six, overseeing the operations of a department consisting of over 500 engineers and ensuring efficiency across HR, finance, project execution, procurement, and onsite development. Prior experience includes positions as Scrum Master, Assistant Manager, and Quality Assurance Officer, where Nga demonstrated proficiency in Agile methodologies, project compliance, and operational support for departments of 150-200 people. Nga's career began as a Purchasing Staff at Samsung Display Vietnam, focusing on equipment procurement for factory setups. Nga holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Trade from Ha Noi Foreign Trade University.
