Nguyen Quoc Dong

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dong is the Director of Integrated Commerce Solutions at FPT Software.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dong joined FPT Software in 2004. Over 17 years of experience, he left his mark as the manager of Neopost ODC (now Quadient), bringing the client to an impressive expansion from 6 members to nearly 200 members, becoming the first Mega-Account of FPT Software to reach sales over 5 million USD/year. With his remarkable achievements, he has earned several corporate honours, including Outstanding Individual in 2007, Excellent Manager in 2012 and FPT Labor Award – Third place in 2013.

With a lot of expertise in management and processes, Mr. Dong was also one of 8 Assessment Team Members participating in the final assessment round of CMMi Level 5, contributing to helping FPT Software attain the latest version V2.0. of this certificate in December 2020.
