Nguyen Tuan Minh

Nguyen Tuan Minh was appointed FPT Software’s Chief Human Resource Officer in October 2020, being the youngest CHRO in the company’s history at the time. Joining the company in 2012 when he was still a university student, Minh has taken on multiple positions in major projects of FPT Software, which gained his strong expertise and deep understanding of the organization. In 2019, he was appointed Deputy Executive Manager of Global Smart Technologies – the company’s strategic unit in charge of smart device development services, where he contributed significantly to its strong growth in the customer base, revenue and number of staff. With his solid technical background, youthful enthusiasm and fresh perspective, Minh is expected to be a change agent to guide and inspire FPT Software’s young and energetic workforce of which 40% belongs to Generation Y and Z, thereby driving the company to future success.
