Paola Dogliotti

Paola Dogliotti is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service Lifecycle & Serviceability at FPT Industrial since April 2022, where responsibilities include driving the global Technical Department and managing spare parts lifecycle for FPT products. Prior to this role, Paola accumulated extensive experience at CNH Industrial from July 2013 to March 2022, notably as the Head of Powertrain Quality for Asia, Middle East and Africa and ANZ, and as a Product Quality Manager for Light and Heavy Diesel Engines. Earlier in the career, Paola held multiple program management roles at FPT Industrial, contributing to significant projects such as the production launches of key engine lines and managing cross-functional teams. Paola holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
