Sergio Carpentiere

Sergio Carpentiere currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Customer Service & Digital at FPT Industrial, a position held since July 2021, with full P&L responsibility for the After Market area. Prior to this, Carpentiere was the Chief Procurement Officer at CNH Industrial from July 2015 to June 2021, overseeing global purchasing and procurement activities and serving on the CNHI Group Executive Council. Additional experience includes roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where responsibilities included managing EMEA powertrain purchasing and integration efforts. Carpentiere's earlier career highlights include serving as Purchasing and Suppliers Development Director at Ferrari, managing procurement for series production and Formula 1 racing, as well as various purchasing roles at Fiat Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Management from ISVOR-FIAT SpA and a degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications from Università di Pisa.
