Trinh van Thao

Trinh Van THAO has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Trinh Van began their career in 2003 as a Technical Support Engineer at Hanoi Star Co. LTD. From there, they went on to work as an Engineer at Nissan Techno Vietnam before joining HR Recruitment Service company as a Staft. In 2009, they joined FPT Software as a Division Leader, a role they held until 2013. Trinh Van then joined FPT Japan, where they served as a Delivery Manager and later as a Division Lead. In 2018, they became the COO of FPT Techno Japan before moving on to become the Chief of Delivery Officer at FPT Consulting Japan in 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Chief of People Officer at FPT Japan.

Trinh Van THAO obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. They attended the university from 1997 to 2002. In 2004, Trinh Van THAO pursued further education at The Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) for the field of study in Vehicle analysis software testing, completing their studies in 2006. In addition, they also obtained certifications in Employee Experience, Talent Management, and The Future of Workplace Learning from LinkedIn in July and August of 2022.
