Glenn Lai

Glenn Lai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and digital distribution. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of FR8Labs since October 2022 and holding a position in Growth & Strategy at Gravity Supply Chain Solutions since January 2022, Glenn has previously operated as COO of Bizzy Indonesia and as Vice President of Digital Distribution & Logistics at the same company from July 2019 to October 2021. Prior roles include leadership positions at Golden Agri-Resources, overseeing functions such as Digital Distribution and Business Intelligence, as well as strategic planning roles at 3M and Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group. Glenn holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Strategic Management from Singapore Management University, supplemented by studies at Copenhagen Business School and The University of British Columbia.
