After working at a strategy consulting firm, he participated in Fracta through business revitalization projects, activities at a private office, startup CFO, etc. After serving as CFO at Fracta US, he founded Fracta Leap in 2020 and became its CEO. The reason I decided to join Fracta was when my ex-boss Kato (founder of Fracta) called me for the first time in a few years and told me, "It's time to quit working for your career and money, and start working to change the world!" Being invited out of the blue. As CEO of Fracta Leap, my mission is to create an environment where ambitious fighters can run wild, and sublimate their talents and efforts into "technological innovation that changes the world."
