Richard Groves is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in game development and software platforms. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Fractal since February 2023, Richard has been the Technical Director at NoodlFroot since March 2010, leading various gaming and app development projects. Prior roles include Co-Founder of UXCam, where Richard focused on optimizing user experiences, and iOS Developer for Transport for London, where contributions included prototyping innovative travel solutions. Richard's background also includes significant positions at the BBC and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, along with earlier experience as a freelance IT consultant and Technical Director at Pure Entertainment Games PLC. Richard holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Astronomy from UCL.
