Brian Nichols

Brian Nichols is a seasoned executive with a strong entrepreneurial background, currently serving as Chairman and Co-Founder of Fractal since March 2024 and as Chief Executive Officer of Sky Systemz since May 2017, where the focus is on addressing a significant chargeback issue for U.S. business owners. Nichols also has a substantial tenure as a Professional Author at McGraw-Hill from March 2012 to May 2024, with the book "Taking Charge With Value Investing" available for purchase. Prior to these roles, Nichols founded HADE Technologies LLC, serving as President and CEO from May 2013 to August 2017, developing innovative financial information software for investment professionals. Educationally, Nichols holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Liberty University and a B.S. in Psychology from Austin Peay State University.
