Akhil Behl

Akhil Behl is currently the Head of Data Science for North America at Fractal. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Associate for the Finance Research Group at IGIDR from September 2012 to July 2013, where they were responsible for financial research and publication, as well as financial policy advocacy based on statistical and quantitative analysis. Before that, they worked as an Analyst at the Centre for Insurance and Risk Management from June 2010 to January 2011, where they conducted research and analysis in the sector of Health Micro Insurance. Akhil has a wide range of skills and experience in research and analysis, and is passionate about using data to drive decisions and policymaking.

Akhil Behl has a MS in Economics from Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research and a BS in Mathematics from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.

Akhil Behl reports to Srikanth Velamakanni, Co-Founder, Group Chief Executive & Vice Chairman. They are on a team with Arpan Dasgupta - Chief Practice Officer, Financial Services, Telecom, and Digital, Neeraj Sharma - Head - Client Management, Healthcare, and Bhaskar Roy - Client Partner, Asia-Pacific.
