Ashwini Bapat is a seasoned Design Researcher and Strategist at Fractal Analytics since February 2020, where leadership in end-to-end design research and strategy utilizing Gen AI has led to significant enhancements in efficiency and productivity for an insurance client. Prior experience includes a Design Research Internship at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, focusing on user research for psoriasis and dermatitis medication, and an Industrial Designer role at Altran, where usability testing for autonomous vehicles and developing AI-driven solutions for epilepsy care were key responsibilities. Earlier work as an Industrial Designer at Vivek Amberkar Product Design involved redesigning medical equipment and innovating for modern travel needs. Ashwini holds an International Master’s Degree in Manager in Design Engineering and Industrial and Product Design from Rubika, complemented by foundational education at Ramnarain Ruia College and I.E.S Modern English School.
