Dale Lamb

Dale Lamb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital management, operations, and software engineering. Since September 2019, Dale has served as the Vice President of Human Capital for North and South America at Fractal, where responsibilities include overseeing human resources, financial reporting, and sales operations. Previously, Dale held leadership positions at Neal Analytics, The Arnold Group, and Neudesic, focusing on resource management and operational development. Additionally, Dale has a solid background in software engineering management from roles at E-470 Public Highway Authority and McKesson, coupled with experience as an independent consultant. Dale's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Data Science and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Thomas Edison State University, along with military service in the United States Army.
