Rahul N Shetty, RMCP®, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - Staffing at Fractal Analytics since August 2019, Rahul previously held the role of Assistant Manager - Resource Management at GEP Worldwide, where responsibilities included overseeing resource fluidity for over 1500 associates in Procurement Consulting and Outsourcing. Rahul's career at Tata Consultancy Services spanned a decade, during which significant contributions were made in various HR functions, particularly in resource fulfillment and talent development within the banking and financial services industry. Earlier experience includes positions in customer service and operations at GTL Limited and Tata Consultancy Services.
