Rohit Saini

Rohit Saini is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Client Executive for Strategic Accounts at Fractal since July 2021, managing account sales and client relationships. Prior to this, Rohit held several key positions at EXL, including Account Manager and Digital CX Leader for Emerging Businesses, and Assistant Vice President in Digital Consulting, where significant digital transformation initiatives were led, generating substantial business impacts. Rohit also has expertise as a Senior Manager in Digital Consulting, focusing on customer journey design and operational improvements. Earlier career roles include Senior Consultant at Amdocs, driving Lean initiatives for telecom services, and Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, implementing operational solutions for clients in the APAC region. Rohit began his career as a Sales Engineer at Saint-Gobain Abrasives, managing key account sales in the industrial materials sector. Rohit holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
