Savita Hortikar

Savita Hortikar is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Fractal. Previously, Savita held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for India at Thoughtworks and served as Senior Recruitment Manager at IBM's India Software Lab.
