Shelly Kamran

Shelly Kamran is an experienced professional in strategic staffing and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Staffing for the Americas at Fractal. Kamran co-founded BollyGrooves and has held significant roles at Neal Analytics, a Fractal company, where Kamran was Managing Director and co-founder before its acquisition by Fractal. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Consultant and Independent Recruiter, as well as a Senior Recruiter (Consultant) at T-Mobile. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the UW Foster School of Business and additional studies in Business Administration and Management at NYU Stern School of Business.
