Tom Dunkle

Tom Dunkle has a diverse work experience. Tom started their career as a Sales Associate at Joseph A. Bank Clothiers, Inc., where they were responsible for selling men's clothing and maintaining the store's appearance. Tom then worked as a Deliveryman at D.P. Dough Franchising, LLC, delivering calzones to college students. After that, they interned as an Analyst at Nerac, where they conducted research on medical devices and technology.

Tom joined National Instruments (NI) in 2015 and held several roles during their time there. Tom started as an Applications Engineer and later became a Product Support Engineer for NI's PXI platform, providing technical support and conducting R&D. Tom then worked as a Staff Software Engineer and a Senior Software Engineer, developing and leading new features for software applications in various industries. Lastly, they served as a Software Group Manager, overseeing a team of engineers and technicians to improve the efficiency and maintenance of NI software products.

Currently, Tom is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Fractal EMS, where they utilize their expertise in software development.

Tom Dunkle obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Connecticut from 2010 to 2015. In 2013, they briefly attended The University of Auckland, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or studied a specific field. Additionally, Tom Dunkle has obtained the Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) certification from NI (National Instruments) in December 2018 and the Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer certification from National Instruments in April 2014.
