Stephanie Galantine

Stephanie Galantine is an advisor at Fractal Labs. Stephanie has over 8 years of experience in managing and growing fast-growth companies. In their role at Fractal Labs, Stephanie provides advice and support to entrepreneurs and investors in more than 230 European transactions. Stephanie is also the founder of The Real Economy Effect GmbH, a wealth advisory boutique based in Switzerland that helps Family Offices and HNWIs make direct investments into private companies in growth capital and venture capital. Prior to their current role, Stephanie was a private equity manager and investment advisor at Cape Capital AG, where they managed a portfolio of industrial companies. Stephanie began their career as a credit risk analyst in the Credit rating division at Calyon Corporate and Investment Banking.

Stephanie Galantine holds a Master from HEC Paris, one of the leading business schools in Europe. Stephanie also did an exchange program at Auckland University of Technology in Economy and Management. Prior to their higher education, they attended Louis-Le-Grand, a prestigious prépa in Maths and Economy.
