Mark Costigan

Mark Costigan has a long history of experience in finance, beginning with their role as Senior Financial Analyst at Google from 2002 to 2008. Mark then moved to The FRS Company, where they were VP of Finance and Corporate Controller from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Edmodo as VP of Finance, where they were responsible for executive leadership for all finance functions, human resources, recruiting, facilities, and real estate. In 2019, they became the VP of Finance at Indio Technologies Inc., where they were the first executive leadership hire for all finance and G&A operations and was integral in the company's successful Q4 2019 exit. Since 2020, they have been VP of Finance at CyberCube. Most recently, in 2022, they became VP of Finance at Fractal Software.

Mark Costigan received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington in 1992, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 1999.
