Mike Lautman

Mike Lautman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the robotics and technology sectors. Currently serving as an advisor and partner at Fractal Software since January 2022, Mike has been a strategic advisor to Qualia since February 2015, contributing to its growth into a $3 billion business. Mike played a key role as an advisor for Tradewing from 2019 until its sale in 2024 and was a co-founder of PickNik Robotics, which gained recognition for its motion planning library and maintained positive cash flow from inception. As Robotics Lead at Kindred.ai, Mike led efforts in motion planning for robotics applications, significantly contributing to the company's success in e-commerce solutions. Co-founding and serving as CTO of Nebu Software, Mike focused on elite data analytics and machine learning services, establishing a strong team and generating substantial revenue in the first year. Mike holds a Master's degree in Robotics and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
