Paul Miseldine is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in logical design and silicon engineering. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Fractile since September 2025, Paul previously held multiple key positions at Graphcore, including Senior Director and Silicon Director, where significant contributions were made to logical design. Prior roles include Digital Design Engineer at HiLight Semiconductor Ltd. and Principal Engineer at PHABRIX, where Paul led the architecture for an award-winning UHD video test platform. Additional experience includes serving as Systems Engineer at Nallatech and Electronics Engineer at QinetiQ. Paul Miseldine holds an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
