Zahra Ladiwala is a seasoned professional in developer relations and project management with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Developer Relations at fraction.work, Zahra focuses on connecting startups with elite developers for fractional employment. Previously, Zahra held positions as Technical Project Manager at Unstationery and as CEO and Founder of HirePulse, which simplifies compliance for talent leaders. As a co-founder and COO of ZSdigital.io, Zahra contributed to custom software solutions and application development. Experience also includes significant roles at Elev8 Hire Solutions in recruitment for technology startups and as a Business Coordinator at Broadspire. A former Sales Team member at The Buckle, Inc., and Project Manager for Berry College's international experiences, Zahra possesses a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Berry College.
