Previously, as Co-Founder and President of Product Hiring House, Kayla led efforts to make critical hires in product management, design, and engineering for startups. Other notable positions include Talent roles at Vannevar Labs, Seesaw Learning, and Primer.ai, focusing on identifying key hires for innovative companies. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Science in Social and Behavioral Science from Sierra College.
