Erin Eatough, PhD, is a distinguished professional in the fields of industrial-organizational psychology and behavioral science, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer at Fractional Insights since January 2024. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Director of BetterUp Labs, where Erin directed a team of PhD scientists to produce talent insights and earlier roles that focused on behavioral science, product marketing, and solutions consulting. Academic contributions were made as a Tenure Track Assistant Professor at The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and as an adjunct instructor at the University of Alaska - Anchorage. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, along with a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
