Jennifer Hotes is a seasoned finance and operations leader with over twenty years of experience in the technology sector. Currently, Jennifer serves as a Partner at 2GO Advisory Group and holds multiple fractional Chief Financial Officer roles, including positions at Healthrageous and Eikon AI. Jennifer has also contributed as the Principal at Diablo Business Group and is a Member of Fractionals United. As a Steering Committee Chapter Lead for the Operators Guild, Jennifer collaborates with top industry operators to foster innovation and growth. Previous roles include VP of Finance & People Operations at Captricity and VP of Finance and Admin at Location Labs. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Mary's College of California.
