Karina Mikhli

Karina Mikhli has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Karina started their career as a Project Manager at MIT Horizon in 2019 and worked there until 2021. In 2019, they also founded Right-Size COO where they served as the Founder and Fractional COO. From 2021 to 2023, Karina worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Sea Change Advisors and Enertech Search Partners. In 2022, they joined COO Forum® and Operators Guild as a member. In 2023, they became a Founder at Fractionals United and also joined Fearless Feedback LLC as an Advisory Board member. Currently, Karina is working at Fractional Conference as the Fractional COO.

Karina Mikhli has a diverse educational background with a focus on business, management, and communication. In 1993, they earned a BFA degree in Creative Writing with a minor in Secondary Education from Brooklyn College. In 2005, they obtained an MS degree in Publishing from New York University. Karina'spursuit of further education continued, with a certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University in 2011, and a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from the same university in 2012. In 2013, they received a certificate in Entrepreneurship: Start-Up and Business Owner Management from Northwestern Michigan College. Karina also obtained a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Purchase College, SUNY in 2014. Recently, in 2018, they completed an Executive MBA degree from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Additionally, Karina Mikhli has acquired certifications from the American Management Association in areas such as Communicating Up, Down and Across the Organization and Getting Results Without Authority.
