Karma Israelsen, M.A., SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pro Tempore Leadership Group since October 2018, Karma specializes in providing interim executive leadership and strategic support for companies in transitional phases. Additional roles include serving as an Early Adopter at Generalist World, a Fractional Executive Leader at Fractionals United, and previously as the Director of Client Services at Nuro Retention.
