Matt McDarby

Matt McDarby is a seasoned sales leader and author with extensive experience in B2B sales organizations. Currently serving as President of United Sales Resources, LLC since 2010, Matt specializes in sales leadership training, coaching, and advisory services, notably designing the Sales Leaders Operating System™. Previous roles include Chief Sales Officer for various companies, Head of Sales & Marketing at Fidelus Technologies, and Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Huthwaite, Inc. Matt's contributions to academia include serving on the Advisory Board for the University of Delaware's Professional Selling and Sales Management program. As an author, Matt has published three books on sales leadership, with a fourth expected in 2025. Matt is also engaged in board roles, having been a member of the Board of Directors at BDR.ai until its acquisition. Matt holds a BA in English from the University of Delaware.
