Sam Aarons

Sam Aarons has a diverse work experience in change management, leadership, and operations. Sam is currently working as a Change Management Consultant at Leader in Change, a renowned organization specializing in change management consulting. Prior to this, Sam held the position of Fractional COO and Change Agent at Fractionals United, a global community for Fractional Leaders.

Sam has also worked as the Director of Change Management (People and Processes) at The People Management Corporation, where they oversaw the daily operations of the team responsible for training, communication, change management, and coaching. Additionally, Sam served as the Chief Operating Officer and Change Management Leader at The Zookeepers, overseeing the daily operations of a chain of family businesses providing animal wellness care.

In their previous roles, Sam worked at First Data Corporation as the Director of FinSys Change Management, Training, Communication, and Application Support. Sam partnered with senior leadership to determine strategy and direction for financial systems initiatives and led the organization responsible for application support, technical training, communication, and change management. During the same period, they also earned a Master of Public Administration - MPA degree with a focus on Government Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver. Sam Aarons attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1994 but did not complete their General Engineering degree.
