Jeremy Trelstad

Jeremy Trelstad has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Most recently, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Fractyl Health since May 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at Evelo Biosciences as the Senior Director of Human Resources from January 2020 to May 2023, and as the Director of Human Resources from June 2018 to January 2020. Before joining Evelo Biosciences, Jeremy was the Director of HR and Talent Management at PatientsLikeMe from August 2014 to June 2018. Jeremy also has a background in corporate planning, communications, and recruiting, having worked at athenahealth in various roles from 1997 to 2014, including Director of Corporate Planning and Communications, Director of Recruiting, Senior Recruiting Manager, Sales Solution Engineer, Training Associate, and Professional Services Associate.

Jeremy Trelstad holds a BA degree in Comparative Religion/Pre-Med from Columbia University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Oberlin College. Jeremy completed their high school education at Princeton High School. Additionally, Jeremy obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in October 2018.
