Lynsey Davis

Lynsey Davis is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. In the current position as Executive Director of Human Resources at Amphenol, Lynsey leverages strategic HR initiatives to drive operational excellence. Previously, as Director of Human Resources at Challenge Manufacturing, Lynsey managed a large HR team and oversaw HR operations for thousands of employees across multiple manufacturing sites. With a significant tenure at Amazon, Lynsey served in multiple HR roles, including Senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner, where collaboration with global leaders focused on talent development and workforce optimization. Additional experience includes a Global Human Resources Manager position at GE Aviation, where strategic HR leadership supported initiatives across military systems, as well as earlier roles in HR generalist capacities. Lynsey holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Ferris State University.
