William Monahan

William Monahan has over two decades of experience in laboratory operations and research within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Laboratory Operations at Fractyl Health since November 2023, William previously held the position of Director of Laboratory Operations at Ananke Therapeutics and served as Associate Director of Operations at Cedilla Therapeutics. Additional roles include Senior Manager of Laboratory Operations at Beryllium and various positions at Beryllium Discovery Corp., where responsibilities encompassed research operations and laboratory automation. William began his career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, contributing to high-throughput screening and compound management. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College and has also attended Southern Connecticut State University.
