Shabaig Chatha

Shabaig Chatha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Head of GTM at Fragment since November 2025, Shabaig previously held the position of Head of Growth at Harper, where significant achievements included scaling the company from inception to $5 million in annual recurring revenue as the first employee. Prior to Harper, Shabaig worked as Chief of Staff and Head of Growth at Poolit, and as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on buy-side diligences and growth strategy. Earlier career experiences include data science internships at M Science and Theta, and co-founding Warp10 LLC, where Shabaig served as Chief Revenue Officer. Shabaig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Logic, Information, and Computation from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Moravian Academy.
