Adriana Castillo Gallagher has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Adriana started their career as an Immigration Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 1995, where they worked for four years. Adriana then moved on to i2 Technologies, where they served as an Immigration Specialist for a year. Adriana then joined Hunton & Williams LLP as an Immigration Paralegal in 2000, before transitioning to Intel Corporation as an Immigration Specialist in 2001. Adriana returned to Hunton & Williams LLP as a Senior Paralegal in 2004 for a short period.

In 2005, Adriana took on the role of Immigration Manager at Corpus Software for a year, and in 2006, they became the Practice Manager at Kan Law, PC until 2009. Adriana then joined Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP in 2010 as a Team Lead. Adriana held various roles during their time at Fragomen, starting as a Client Services Manager in 2011 and most recently serving as the Director of Business Operations and Transformation Management.

Throughout their career, Adriana has gained extensive experience in immigration law, client services, and practice management.

Adriana Castillo Gallagher attended Baylor University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Regional Studies (U.S., Canadian, Foreign) and another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Environmental Science.
