Erika Okubo has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Erika started their career as a Sales Marketing Intern at Localcred in 2002 and then worked as a Trainee at CBC Central Brasileira de Catálogos in 2003. In 2004, they joined Meta 29 Serviços e Marketing as an Art Department Coordinator before transitioning to Aon as a Senior Sales, Marketing & Communication Analyst in Brazil, where they worked from 2004 to 2008.

Following their time at Aon, Erika joined Aon Risk Services Inc as a Senior Sales & Marketing Analyst for all Latin American countries from 2008 to 2009. Erika then had a brief assignment at Aon Risk Services Venezuela C.A. as a Senior Marketing Analyst in Latin America before returning to Aon as a Senior Sales & Marketing Analyst from 2009 to 2011.

Erika's career progressed, and they took on the role of Sales, Marketing & Communication Manager for Latin America at Aon from 2011 to 2015. During their time at Aon, they were responsible for planning and executing corporate marketing actions and implementing processes related to strategic management and competitive intelligence.

In 2015, Erika joined Swiss Re Corporate Solutions as the Head of Sales Force Effectiveness for Latin America, a role they held until 2018. In this position, they were responsible for leading sales initiatives and optimizing the sales force in Latin America.

Most recently, Erika joined Fragomen in 2018 as the Client & Business Development Manager for Latin America. In their current role, they are responsible for delivering marketing, client and business development services, focusing on initiatives that enhance revenues and strengthen client relationships.
