Kailey Kluge has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kailey currently works as a Client Services Manager at Fragomen, where they oversee the management of corporate clients' immigration cases and serves as the primary liaison for clients' immigration teams. Kailey also supervises a team of immigration paralegals and administrative professionals.

Prior to their current role, Kluge worked as a Senior Immigration Paralegal/Case Manager at Bay Immigration Law. In this position, they managed both immigrant and nonimmigrant cases for individual and start-up clients. Kailey was responsible for developing case strategies, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring that client data was properly captured. Kluge also handled the full PERM application process and prepared and tracked I-140 petitions and permanent residence applications.

Before joining Bay Immigration Law, Kluge worked at Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP. Kailey initially served as a Paralegal and was responsible for drafting immigration cases under the guidance of attorneys. Later, they became a Supervisory Paralegal, where they managed a team of paralegals, trained them on various case types, and acted as a primary liaison for corporate clients.

Kluge gained earlier work experience in various roles, including serving as an Administrative Assistant at Drexel University's Study Abroad Office, a Translator at Livestock Link, a Volunteer at EducationUSA, a Research Scholar at Drexel University College of Arts and Sciences, and an Editorial Writer at Philly.com. Kailey also worked at Drexel University's Center for Cultural Outreach as an Editorial Writer for Cultural Passport and later as a Program Assistant. Kailey'searliest work experience was as a Secretary at Coral Productions.

Throughout their career, Kluge has gained extensive experience and expertise in immigration law, client management, team supervision, and case management.

Kailey Kluge began their education journey in 2010 at Drexel University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Area Studies. Kailey successfully completed their studies in 2015. In 2013, Kailey had the opportunity to further enhance their knowledge and expertise in the field of Russian Studies through a study abroad program at St. Petersburg State University, supported by the David L. Boren Scholarship. This program lasted for a year and concluded in 2014.
