Lauren Dimaggio

Lauren DiMaggio has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Lauren is currently employed at Fragomen as a Manager (Attorney), a role they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Associate Attorney at Fragomen from November 2021 to October 2022. Preceding that, they were an Associate Attorney at Fragomen from June 2017 to October 2021. Lauren started their journey at Fragomen as a Contract Attorney from February 2015 to May 2017.

Before joining Fragomen, Lauren worked at Lightman Law Firm LLC as an Associate Attorney from August 2013 to January 2015. Prior to that, they had a brief stint as a Law Clerk at Fragomen from June 2012 to December 2012. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Legal Services NYC in the Bankruptcy Assistance Project from January 2012 to May 2012.

Lauren also served as a Legal Intern at The Children's Law Center from August 2011 to December 2011 and had a short-term position as a Law Clerk at Ma'ayergi & Associates from June 2011 to August 2011.

Early in their career, Lauren interned at the Westchester County, NY District Attorney's Office. Lauren worked as a Legal Intern in the Department of Investigations: Public Integrity Bureau from June 2008 to July 2008 and as a Legal Intern in the Rye Local Courts from June 2007 to August 2007.

Lauren DiMaggio obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & International Affairs from The George Washington University in the years 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they participated in a study abroad program at New York University in Florence, Italy. Following their undergraduate studies, Lauren attended Brooklyn Law School from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
