Sheraz Shafiq

Sheraz Shafiq is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and analytics, currently serving as Director of Business Performance Reporting at Fragomen since December 2023. Previously, Sheraz held the position of Director of Data & Analytics at Maximus UK, managing a team of 40 professionals and establishing a high-performing BI strategy. At the Office for Nuclear Regulation, Sheraz was the Head of Data and Analytics, responsible for developing a new function focused on integration and automation using advanced BI and cloud technologies. Sheraz's earlier roles include Technical Product Owner for BI at The Planning Inspectorate, where strategic oversight on reports and dashboards was provided, and Analytics Manager at Computershare UK, leading teams in high-value regulatory reporting. Sheraz holds an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of the West of England.
