Varsha Arora

Varsha Arora has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Varsha is currently serving as the Transformation Director at Fragomen, where they lead integrations with acquired SaaS companies to support technology transformation and innovation. Prior to this, Varsha worked at KPMG US for more than a decade, holding roles such as Associate Director Portfolio Program Management and Program Manager. In these roles, they successfully managed the delivery of major corporate restructuring programs, implemented global SAP ERP solutions, and spearheaded strategic acquisition programs. Varsha also gained experience as a Project Manager at KPMG US, representing the company in a Big 4 Firm initiative and evaluating manual operations within the Risk & Compliance Management team. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Lead at PDFA, a Solution Architect at Citi, and a Developer/Technical Lead at IBM, where they designed and developed web-based applications for external clients and built tools for user management and change management.

Varsha Arora holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics from Shivaji University. In addition to their academic degrees, Varsha has also obtained several certifications including Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander and Compassionate Directness from LinkedIn, CSM, PSM, SAFe Certified (Professional Scrum Master) from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute. The most recent certification they obtained was Bystander Training in February 2021.
