Vicky Khehra

Vicky Khehra has a extensive work experience in the field of immigration law and HR. Vicky began their career in 2005 as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal at the Law Offices of Kamlesh Tewary P.C., where they processed Employment Based Permanent Residency applications and served as a key point of contact for clients. In 2006, they joined the Law Firm of Rani Emandi, PLLC & Associates as a Paralegal, managing the Non-immigrant department and supporting the Immigrant department with the processing of PERM/Green Card Alien Labor Certification applications.

In 2007, Vicky Khehra joined Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy as an Assistant Paralegal 2, where they worked as part of a fast-paced team providing immigration support to Fortune 500 clients. Vicky prepared and filed a high volume of non-immigrant and immigrant applications, including H-1B, E-3, TN, L-1A/B Blanket and Individual, PERM, I-130, I-140 (EB-1, EB2, and EB3), I-485, I-765, I-131, N-400, and Re-entry Permits. Vicky also prepared Request for Evidence and PERM Audit responses.

From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an HR Specialist - Legal at Emtec, Inc., administering and maintaining HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans. Vicky also handled immigration matters, promotions, transfers, leave requests, onboarding documents, and compliance functions.

Returning to Fragomen in 2011, Vicky Khehra assumed the role of Supervising Paralegal, responsible for the day-to-day administration of immigration visa processes for high-profile corporate clients. Vicky served as the central point of contact and subject matter expert for clients' US immigration matters and managed multiple high-priority projects.

In 2017, they were promoted to Global Client Services Manager at Fragomen, where they partnered with the firm's top clients, providing strategic Client Services Management. Vicky was responsible for global client service, internal staff management, and business development.

Most recently, Vicky Khehra has been working as a Global Immigration Program Manager and Senior Immigration Program Manager at Fragomen since 2017 and 2022 respectively. These roles involve overseeing immigration programs and providing high-level strategic client services management for the firm's corporate clients.

Vicky Khehra started their education at Guru Nanak Dev University in 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree in Laws. Vicky completed this program in 2001. Afterward, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration at the same university from 2001 to 2003.
