Caroline Olsen

Caroline Olsen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, training, and employee management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Fragrance.com since July 2017, Caroline has also held positions as Human Resources Generalist within the same company. Prior roles include Human Resources Coordinator and Intern at First Empire, as well as a Bookseller at Pace University Bookstore, where responsibilities included employee training and sales promotion. Caroline's early experience as Dining Room Manager at Tina’s II Italian Restaurant involved staff recruitment and training.
