Konstantin Kuhle currently serves as Stellvertretender Fraktionsvorsitzender at Fraktion der Freien Demokraten since February 2018, overseeing the coordination of internal and legal policy activities. In addition, Konstantin holds the position of Innenpolitischer Sprecher in the Deutscher Bundestag and serves as a Member of Parliament. Konstantin contributes to academia as a Lehrbeauftragter at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and is actively involved with the Council of Europe as a deputy member of the Parliamentary Assembly. Konstantin's legal career includes working as a Rechtsanwalt at Herfurth & Partner Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and previously as a juristischer Mitarbeiter at Hogan Lovells. In political leadership, Konstantin has been Landesvorsitzender der FDP Niedersachsen and has served as a member of the federal board and as Generalsekretär der FDP Niedersachsen. Konstantin's educational background includes an Erste Juristische Prüfung from Bucerius Law School and a brief study experience at Sciences Po.
