Carlos Bacalski is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in materials science and process engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Process Engineer at FRALOCK, Carlos focuses on the development and scale-up of advanced aluminum nitride heaters. Prior experience includes optimizing novel battery production processes at Wildcat Discovery Technologies and conducting research on high energy density film capacitors and silicon carbide composites at General Atomics. Carlos also contributed to process improvements for window film at Solar Gard and developed ceramic matrix composites for gas turbine applications at ATK. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Materials Science from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
